Okay, just my thoughts here since I'm a paranormal investigator AND married to an electrician: yes, all the houses can be haunted because it can be theland more than the buildings themselves. Shaking and vibrating could be anything from vehicles on the road to underground water movement. The lights pulsing could be the wiring. If I was your family and the neighbors, I would look into having an electrician friend, plumber friend,etc, look into some of these things and go from there. You can do research and find out about the possibility of underground waterways. I believe in ghosts and such, but I also believe you should look into the obvious first and eliminate that first.
