Well it can be a combination of things or it can just be one thing in general. For example dairy is notorious for causing the runs. Cheesecake, some ice creams, sometimes whole milk gives you the poops and sometimes fat free milk causes it. It depends. Sometimes people who eat seafood with any kind of dairy will get the runs. Lots of fruits can cause the runs too. Peaches and juicy fruits like cherries, plums, nectarines, etc. can cause the runs too. If you are unsure, just take a box of pepto or something next time you go out and eat.Hope that helps.
