wow you seem to be screwed... um have you tried to cover it up. maybe try saying something like it wasn't a date we have to do a project for school / work. if that won't work just try to convince them that you aren't doing anything stupid like getting pregnant or living with the guy they probably just need reassurance that you won't change im pretty sure that will work.
