Haha. We're in the same boat, buddy.I'm trying to think of back a few years ago when I played club volleyball. Maybe you could jump rope to get your jump back into shape. Lunges might be helpful also. Maybe you could bump the volleyball into a wall and practice passing that way? That's what they made us do a few years ago. To help you block, put a piece of visible tape on the wall and set that as a goal as of how high you want to jump. Practice blocking by spreading your arms up and trying to touch the piece of tape. Or you could just have a friend serve the ball to you and you try to receive it. Sorry if i'm doing a bad job of explaining things.
