You have to push yourself. I know it's very hard, especially how you're the best in the team, it's not very competitive. But try playing other people who are more challenging for you. Ask your coach for tips. Always think positive. Always KNOW that you're going to win. Lead your team and teach them how to play better. Be the leader and win. =] Good luck.
