I do for my 2 year old absolutely! It's a good habit to get into and my pediatrician always recommends a vitamin whether or not they are good eaters. I use the Flintstones(what dr. recommends)toddler size. Stay away from the gummie ones b/c they're all sugar and almost not even worth giving due to the lack of actual vitamins. My pediatrician showed me a compairison chart between flintstone gummies(what I WAS giving him) and chewables and there was no doubt that the chewable is the best. Good luck!P.S. My son is picky too and HATES veggies! He'll only eat boiled okra...gross huh?
