"Ghost activity" is part of paranormal activity. However the term paranormal activity also covers aliens, psychics, and various other elements.Think about it like a car. Paranormal Activity is a Car, but Ghost activity is a Honda Civic. A Civic is a Car, but a car isnt nessessarily a Civic, because it could be a VW Bug.
