ok, i'm going to an 18th bday party tonight, and i have no idea how i should wear my makeup! Usually, i wear very minimal makeup, but since i'm at a party, i might wear a bit more. My dress is black and white. My hair is a chocolate brown colour. I have blue/green eyes and fair skin!Any makeup ideas?Replies are much appreciated. thanks xxx
