BET, Evert (BETH, Evert), logjicist dhe filozof holan. (1908-1964). Profesor nė Amsterdam. Nė disertacionin e doktoratės e ndriēoi nė mėnyrė kritike kuptimin e Kantit' tė hapėsirės dhe tė kohės nga pikėpamja e gjeometrisė neeuklidiane. Mė vonė bėhet njė nga pėrfaqėsuesit mė tė rėndėsishėm tė logjikės bashkėkohėse matematike. Nė kėtė drejtim ai vėrtetoi disa teorema tė logjikės matematike (njė nga kėto mban emrin e tij), pastaj dha njė kontribut origjinal pėr konstruksionin semantik tė logjikės intuicioniste (edhe kėtu njė lloj i modelit mban emrin e tij), provoi aspektin e plotė tė llogarisė sė predikateve me metoda to-pologjike, punoi nė zbatimin e kėtyre metodave etj. U mor edhe me kritikėn filozofike tė drejtimeve tė ndryshme nė hulumtimin e themelit tė matematikės dhe sidomos tė intuicionizmit. U mor edhe me filozofinė e shkencės, ndėrsa nė filozofi ka orientim racionalist, duke pėrvetėsuar gjithashtu tezat themelore tė empirizmit bashkėko-hor.
